Name: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project Server

Duration: 40Hrs (Generally done in 5 days)

Objectives: This course is designed to help individuals understand how to plan, track and control projects using Project Server. Create and manages projects and schedules, resources, tasks and timesheets with Project Web App.  Create and configure Business Intelligence for customized project reporting.  Other topics include how to backup and restore and troubleshoot Project Server.

In addition to helping the participants with the requirement of the examination, the workshop will also help participants to be effective Project Managers.

Prerequisites:

• Basic knowledge and some experience on managing projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Professional
